آزمون آمادگی جسمانی شامل ۸ آیتم ورزشی از قبیل : دو ۹×۴ متر، پرش اطراف مانع، بارفیکس، دراز و نشست، شنا، طناب زنی، پرش طول و دو ۱۶۰۰ متر می باشد که توانمندی آتش نشان در ۳ حوزه قدرت ، سرعت و تمرکز را ارزیابی می کند. در نهایت با مقایسه جداول استاندارد ارزیابی ایفر امتیاز اکتسابی هر آیتم مشخص و نفرات برتر معرفی می گردند .
